If you’re looking for a reliable alternative to traditional cellular service, you might be disappointed. However, if you’re willing to take the risk and try something new, then satellite-based 4G might just work for you.
The question is – at what price? As of writing, O2’s satellite-powered 4G service costs £3 per month, which seems like a small price to pay for peace of mind. But is it worth it?
Ultimately, only time will tell if satellite-based 4G will live up to its promise. For now, it remains a luxury item for the tech-savvy and the patient – and that’s not exactly what we need in today’s fast-paced world.
